How to Download and Set Up the HP Smart App?
Download the App

Start Printing or Scanning

How to Connect the HP Smart App to Your Printer?
Ensure your printer is turned on. If it's new, make sure it’s properly set up with ink or toner cartridges, paper, and any other necessary setup steps completed.
Make sure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile device or computer.
On printers with a display: Go to Settings > Network Settings > Wireless Setup Wizard, and follow the prompts to connect the printer to your network.
For printers without a display: Use the WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) method. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on your printer until it starts blinking, then press the WPS button on your router within two minutes to establish the connection.
Launch the HP Smart App on your device (mobile or desktop) and ensure your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your printer.
